How quickly will I receive my order? We ship all of our kits via DPD next day delivery. You will receive tracking information directly from them to the email address you provide at checkout. You can use this to update and add delivery preferences, delay by a day etc. We aim to ship all kist in 1-3 days during the week. Any kits ordered Friday to Sunday will go out on the following Monday. Our gift vouchers are sent as e-vouchers unless a physical voucher is requested. This will be sent by first class post with Royal Mail.
-
Can I request my kit to be ordered for a specific date for example my best friends birthday? We always aim to ship as close to requested dates as possible, and as long as it doesnt mean the parcel will be in transit over the weekend we can usually make it work. Please add a note at checkout specifying which date you would like the parcel for, especially if it is in several weeks time and you don't want it to ship the next day.
-
Can you include a gift note?Yes! Let us know in the note section when you order, we can include a handwritten postcard in the kit.
-
How long can my Terrarium or Kokedama kit stay in its box before making or gifting? We recommend no more than 2 days after it delivered, as any longer than this risks the plants drying out or suffering from lack of light. The kits include a label on the front asking for plants to be removed and either kept in bright sunlight if it's a succulent kit, or the wraps kept in a cool shady spot in some water to keep the wraps moist if its a terrarium or kokedama kit. The terrarium and kokedama kits include a paper square with instructions on how to care for your plants until you gift or make.
