Hi, we're Will and Madeleine and we set up Jar and Fern in December 2015 out of a love of all things green and planty.
After creating lots and lots of terrariums and giving them away as gifts to our friends and family, we decided to try selling them at Brixton Market. Six years later here we are! We make our creations at our studio in Peckham with the help of our great team.

We love teaching our guests how to create their own little gardens in a jar and meeting all you lovely plant lovers. There's nothing better than watching your own creation flourish and grow.
Madeleine has a background in floristry and environmental work and we are both trained in floral techniques - we are constant students in all things botanical.
We love selecting the perfect blooms for events, teaching people new skills and getting to interact with our lovely customers.
